When it came to world ending scenarios or zombie situations, I always thought that I would be one of the first ones to kick the bucket, but never thought of it really happening.

 

That was why I was alarmed when one of my medications hydroxychloroquine was stated to be of used for the fight against the pandemic (Young & Pope, 2020). The idea of a possibility of not being able to take the vital dose of daily medication was, as you would think, scary, and I had to ask my local Shoppers Drug Mart if I was in any danger of having a medication shortage. Luckily, they had told me that they will be in stock, but they would only do thirty day refills from then on. I cannot describe the relief I felt, as there were rumors of potential shortages already occurring (Young & Pope, 2020).
